Key Responsibilities

• Transports clients safely to and form home/IOP facility via van and in facility.

• Completes documentation promptly.

• Participates in keeping IOP area clean and maintained to enhance patient care.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience Required: 1 years of experience assisting in the care of mental health patients.

• Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum Special Skills: Ability to respond and interact appropriately to the unique needs of the geriatric population.

• Licensure Description: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 30 days of employment.

• Current Class R driving license with clean driving record.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
