The Residential Therapist performs comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develops treatment plans to provide accurate diagnoses for residents. They deliver individual and group therapy, provide clinical oversight to direct care staff, and document all interventions in the EHR.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and have at least two years of post-graduate clinical experience. Eligibility for QMHP registration and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check are required.
