• As a Medical Social Worker, you’ll engage in a range of exciting responsibilities, including: Establishing a care plan in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment.

• Providing crisis intervention as required.

• Assisting the physician and other caregivers in understanding the significant social, emotional and economic factors influencing the patient’s ability to improve medically.

Requirements

• This is a PRN Position

• Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited school approved by the Council on Social Work Education. In Indiana, must also be certified under IC25

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
