Work Shift Day (United States of America) WellStar Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to join our team in LaGrange, Georgia.

In addition to caring for patients in the office, the physician will have the opportunity to provide in-patient consults at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center, a 276-bed hospital, adjacent to the outpatient practice setting.

Responsibilities The physician is responsible for providing care to patients in the outpatient clinic setting, with the option to provide inpatient consult services at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center. The typical schedule is Monday – Friday, with 36 patient-facing hours per week and 4 hours of administrative time. Physicians may be required to oversee Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants who work in the same clinic setting.

Qualifications Required Minimum education An MD or DO Degree Required Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Georgia Applicants must have completed the necessary Residency and Fellowship training requisite for their given specialty and be Certified or qualified for Certification by their respective specialty board Required Minimum Experience Previous practice experience in a Residency or Fellowship Training Program.
