HCBS Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner provides psychiatric nursing services, including medication evaluation, prescribing, and monitoring for members of the Assertive Community Treatment Team. They are responsible for clinical assessments, treatment planning, and coordinating medical services while maintaining accurate documentation of all patient interventions.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master's degree in Nursing and a valid North Carolina license. At least one year of experience working with severely mentally ill adults is required, with three to five years preferred.
