The BCBA provides quality ABA services to patients on the Specialized Pediatric Unit and facilitates daily team meetings. They are also responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and training new staff on ABA techniques.
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and have experience developing Behavior Intervention Plans. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required, along with experience working with the adolescent population.
