• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and home programs.

• Document progress in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Doctorate or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Physical Therapy.

• Current state license in good standing.

• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- KSAs Knowledge of PT principles and practices.

Work Schedule
