Key Responsibilities
- Identifies and reports potential problem areas regarding therapeutic environment to the Program Director.
- Assesses patient as appropriate to the ages of the population being served.
- Assists Social Work staff in the completion of Bio-Psycho-Social Assessments, Crisis Plans, and in Discharge Planning.
- Identifies and communicates significant issues, progress, and dynamics to staff, treatment team, and physicians.
Requirements
- 10 miles per shift.
