Key Responsibilities

The role primarily involves the direct supervision of youth in the agency's care within a Group Home or Emergency Shelter setting to ensure a safe and secure environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines such as food service, housekeeping, medication administration, classes, and off-site activities while utilizing established behavior management protocols.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years old, and have one year of experience supervising and meeting the basic needs of youth. A clean five-year motor vehicle history, a valid Arizona Driver’s license, and a Level One fingerprint clearance card are also mandatory requirements.
