The Behavior Analyst will lead clinical care by designing individualized treatment plans and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers. They will also conduct functional behavior assessments and partner directly with families to drive progress.
Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. Additionally, an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Virginia is required.
