Join Burnett Medical Center as a Primary Care Physician – M-F, Some Evenings/Weekends in Wisconsin. Burnett Medical Center is seeking a full-time primary care physician to provide care to our hospital and clinic patients, and nursing home residents. HOURS: Full-time, M-F with some evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive medical care across the organization’s integrated care settings, including the hospital, primary care clinic, and Continuing Care Center (nursing home).

• This role is responsible for the ongoing management of patients across the care continuum, emphasizing continuity, quality, and coordination of care.

• Delivers evidence-based clinical care, manages both outpatient and inpatient services, and provides medical oversight for long-term care residents.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
