About the Role
Join Corewell Health as a Genetic Counselor – No Call, No Weekends in United States. The Cancer Genetics team at Corewell Health offers a collaborative and supportive work environment. The team includes 6 genetic counselors (with this position being a 7th position due to growth), a genetic counseling assistant and 2 additional support staff/patient care coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- provide genetic counseling services to patients diagnosed with cancer as well as those with a family history.
- provide continuing care by telephone or other means of communication to patients or other members of the hea.
- develop cultural intelligence, to our inclusion resource groups for people to find community and empowerment.
Requirements
- Board Cert Genetic Counselor (BC
- CGC) Grand Rapids, MI Grand Rapids is the second
