Key Responsibilities
The International and Operational Genetic Counselor ensures high laboratory standards for genetic testing and provides clinical support for PGT services. They are responsible for quality assurance of protocols, report writing, and providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MS degree in Human Genetics or an equivalent field and be board certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling. A minimum of three years of relevant experience, including at least one year in a laboratory setting, is required.
