Laboratory Genetic Counselor

Key Responsibilities

The Laboratory Genetic Counselor provides pre- and post-test counseling for PGT cases, including aneuploidy screening and monogenic disorders. They evaluate the technical feasibility of referrals and coordinate communication between clinics, patients, and internal teams.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in Human Genetics from an ABGC accredited institution and ABGC board certification or eligibility. Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of relevant genetic counseling experience.
