The International and Operational Genetic Counselor supports the delivery of genomic services, including preimplantation genetic testing, by maintaining high laboratory standards and providing clinical and technical support to external clients. This role is also key in improving the delivered PGT product and contributing to the broader CooperSurgical organization.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Human Genetics or equivalent from an accredited institution and be board certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling. A minimum of three years of relevant genetic counseling experience is required, with at least one year specifically in a laboratory setting.
