Occupational Therapist - Per Diem

Key Responsibilities

Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies individualized treatment plans based on physician direction. Coordinates discipline-specific therapy services and educates patients, families, and staff to ensure effective community reintegration.

Requirements

Requires current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Must possess or obtain BLS certification within the first 90 days of employment.
