- 24/7 in-house cardiac surgery intensivist support.
- Significant program growth anticipated, with projected volume increasing to 500 annual cases by year three.
- Opportunity to influence program design, growth, and clinical excellence from the ground up.
- Collaboration with an experienced regional cardiac surgery network and established Fontana CV-ICU program.

- Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery.
- Preferred: 5+ years of cardiac surgery experience.

Help build and design a new CV-ICU program in Orange County while providing exceptional cardiac surgical care. Collaborate with regional cardiac surgery networks and multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical excellence and program growth.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery. A minimum of 5 years of cardiac surgery experience is preferred.
