Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence and activities of daily living. They are also responsible for supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a current state license or be eligible for one. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation is preferred.
