Staff Pharmacist - Inpatient Pharmacy - New Orleans - PRN

Key Responsibilities

The Staff Pharmacist maintains and ensures appropriate drug therapy by preparing, dispensing, and verifying medications for patients in an inpatient setting. They also monitor patient drug therapy, provide clinical pharmacy services, and manage pharmacy operations in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Pharmacy license in the state of practice and possess at least a Bachelor's degree, with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) preferred. Proficiency in computer systems and effective communication skills are required, while hospital experience is preferred.
