Provide comprehensive primary care services including history, physical examinations, and the interpretation of diagnostic studies. Manage patient care through consultations with sub-specialists and proactive discharge planning.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder with a valid US medical license and Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine. Requires BLS/ACLS certification, a DEA license, and an NPI number.
