Compensation

* Earn between $84-$118 per hour

* Pay rates vary based on location, experience, and employment status

* W-2 and 1099 opportunities available

Role Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will

* Provide individualized physical therapy services in the home environment

* Evaluate patient needs and establish treatment goals that support functional development

* Design and implement personalized plans of care

* Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and ongoing recommendations

* Educate parents and caregivers on exercises, activities, and strategies to support progress between visits

* Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care

* Communicate patient updates, progress, and treatment recommendations to appropriate stakeholders

* Foster strong therapeutic relationships with children and their caregivers

Flexible Scheduling Options

We believe clinicians should have flexibility in how they structure their schedules.

Available options include

* W-2 employment

* Independent contractor (1099) opportunities

* Custom caseloads ranging from approximately 8-25 visits per week

* Opportunities available throughout Arizona

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess

* Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (PT or DPT)

* Current CPR certification

* AHCCCS ID

* Article 9 certification

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with pediatric populations

* Home health experience

Therapists who are new to pediatrics or home health are encouraged to apply.
