Key Responsibilities

The Radiation Therapist is responsible for delivering radiation treatments according to prescriptions while ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation. They also perform patient simulations, monitor patient reactions, and maintain quality assurance standards within the oncology department.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Radiation Therapy Technology and hold certification as a Registered Radiation Therapy Technologist by the ARRT. At least one year of active experience is required, along with current CPR/BLS certifications.
