Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site neurology consultations in SNF/LTC settings.

Diagnose and manage neurologic conditions including stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, neuropathy, and movement disorders.

Perform comprehensive neurologic examinations and cognitive assessments.

Order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic studies including imaging and laboratory tests.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Completion of an accredited Neurology residency.

Active and unrestricted New York State medical license.

DEA registration.

Salary: $215K - $240K
