Key Responsibilities
The Case Manager assesses clinical, psychosocial, and financial needs to develop and implement effective care and discharge plans. They utilize InterQual criteria to ensure appropriate level of care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate safe and cost-effective transitions.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Mississippi. A minimum of 3 years of acute care experience is required, with preference given to those with case management or utilization review backgrounds.
