Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs and goals.

Requirements

• Required Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• CPR Certification Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse treatment environment.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

• Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
