Job Description
A healthcare facility near Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its primary care team!
Pay: $55.00 - $100.00 / hourly
Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Five 8-hour shifts per week

Family Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Perform physical examinations and preventive health screenings
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
- Provide patient education and health counseling
Family Nurse Practitioner Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of Nurse Practitioner experience in a primary care setting
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Hampshire
- BLS certification required upon hire
- Strong independent clinical decision-making skills

Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in a primary care setting and hold or be eligible for a New Hampshire license. A BLS certification is required upon hire.
