Job Description
Position is per diem 0.01 FTE, day shift, hours as needed. Located onsite at
Providence St Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, AK!

Assesses, plans implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within
the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Provides services to inpatients, outpatients, swing bed patients, and long term
care residents. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide
important aspects of care, in compliance with medical center standards and
guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapists Association in
conjunction with regulatory requirements of both federal and state agencies.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or
* Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or
* Ph. D. in Occupational Therapy
* Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist License or
* Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist Limited Permit License or
* Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist Temporary License

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this
position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this
position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other
applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional
compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials,
standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus
opportunities.
