• Schedule: In-person, Monday-Friday approximately 8:00AM-4:30PM (school hours dependent on district)

Location: Positions Open Across Medina, Summit, Cuyahoga Counties - Unique float position with flexible scheduling options!

• Compensation: $39-$48 per hour based on experience

Qualifications

• Valid state OT license and board certification (NBCOT)
• OT degree from an accredited program
• Clear background check
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for helping children reach their full potential
• School or pediatric experience is preferred!

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ strengths and challenges related to performance in the school environment

Provide direct and/or consultative therapy services to school-aged students

Supervise therapy assistants and collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers

• Participate in Evaluation Team Report (ETR) and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines

Develop and implement individualized intervention plans focused on helping students succeed academically and functionally

• Monitor student progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed to ensure measurable outcomes
• Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, classroom accommodations, etc as applicable
• Perform other job duties as assigned
