Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in a home health setting, developing and implementing individualized plans of care. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise support staff, and provide education to patients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio. Additionally, a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and BLS certification are required for this home health position.
