Per Diem Social Worker (LICSW/LCSW)

Key Responsibilities

The social worker is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, developing initial treatment plans, and providing individual and family interventions. They must also coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and facilitate discharge planning for patients.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or an equivalent field and be licensed or license-eligible as an LICSW or LCSW. Previous inpatient field placement experience is preferred.
