Key Responsibilities

The Hospice Social Work Preceptor provides clinical supervision and mentorship to licensure candidates while ensuring high-quality psychosocial care for hospice patients. This role also involves active participation in interdisciplinary team meetings and maintaining compliance with federal and state hospice regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current LCSW or LMSW license in the State of Montana and have completed board-approved clinical supervision training. Experience working with hospice patients and families is required, with a preference for those with supervisory experience.
