Key Responsibilities

The counselor is responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate, confidential case files and complying with documentation requirements for assessments and treatment plans. They will determine client appropriateness for services using ASAM criteria and provide comprehensive care coordination.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a CADC certification and have 2-4 years of experience in a non-profit treatment environment. Proficiency in documentation, treatment modalities like CBT/DBT, and computer software is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
