Key Responsibilities
The therapist will perform social services functions, including crisis intervention and family therapy, to assist patients in achieving optimal emotional health. They are also responsible for conducting therapeutic groups and coordinating with community agencies to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or a related clinical mental health field and possess an Illinois state license. A minimum of two years of experience in a psychiatric facility, along with CPI and CPR certifications, is required.
