Job Description
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
- Position: Full-Time LMFT
- Location: Washington
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Compensation: $115,000–$120,000/year + benefits
We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. This is a full-time role where you’ll offer structured therapy sessions focused on behavioral health and emotional well-being.
Duties
- Facilitate sessions that encourage open dialogue and emotional growth
- Tailor interventions based on client needs and treatment goals
- Promote healthy communication strategies within relationships
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards
- Work collaboratively with internal care teams
- LMFT license in Washington (required)
- Master’s degree in MFT or related discipline
- Strong grasp of various therapeutic modalities
- Detail-oriented with effective time management
- Previous clinical experience preferred (2+ years)

Key Responsibilities
The therapist will facilitate structured sessions to support the emotional growth and behavioral health of individuals, couples, and families. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with internal care teams to ensure effective treatment.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid LMFT license in Washington and possess a Master's degree in MFT or a related discipline. At least two years of previous clinical experience and a strong grasp of therapeutic modalities are preferred.
