of private practice. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling,
and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings
(SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

* Full time Monday-Friday schedule
* No nights or weekends
* Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status
examinations 
* Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in
older adults
* Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications 
* Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns 
* Provide brief interventions and behavioral management 
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings

Compensation and Benefits

* Estimated compensation range of $100,000 - $140,000 annually with no cap on
productivity income 
* Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical,
dental, vision, PTO, 401k) 
* Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications
* Active, unrestricted Virginia license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C 
* Active DEA or willingness to obtain
* Open to experienced or new grad PMHNPs or Psych PAs 
* Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
