responsibility of private practice. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible
scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care
settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

* Part-time 1-day per week within Monday - Friday
* No nights or weekends
* Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status
examinations
* Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in
older adults
* Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
* Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
* Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
* Coverage area includes Spokane, Washington

Compensation and Benefits

* Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of
$29,251 to $35,101 annually with no cap on productivity income
* Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

* Active, unrestricted Washington state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
* Active DEA or willingness to obtain
* Minimum 2 years of experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA
* Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
