The therapist will diagnose and treat mental health disorders while collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, evidence-based care. They are responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention as needed.
Candidates must hold an active Illinois license such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, or LPC. A minimum of one year of professional psychotherapy experience is preferred along with proficiency in EMR systems.
