How you’ll contribute 

A Coordinator, Behavioral Health Outpatient who excels in this role:

* Monitors and completes necessary audits for patient care tracking. Handles
all aspects of the admission process. 

* Supports in the completion of pre-admission paperwork as applicable. 

* Supports in the tracking and collection of required assessments and surveys
(such as BASIS-32/CABA and patient satisfaction surveys). 

* Maintains supply of therapeutic tools such as worksheets, videos, and games
for 
clinician use. Per the therapist dictation maintains the programming
schedule. 

* Supports with charge reconciliation and entering as required.

What we’re looking for 

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Additional requirements include

* Valid driver’s license  

* CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of
employment 
and prior to any patient contact.    

* Previous experience on an inpatient unit preferred. 

* Must have experience with clerical duties.

Hourly Range: $19-$24 per hour
