Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Navigator serves as the primary liaison between patients, referring physicians, and the clinical research team to coordinate care and address barriers to trial participation. They are responsible for educating staff, managing patient referrals, and supporting the growth of the clinical research program.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate’s degree and an active Registered Nurse (RN) license. A minimum of one year of oncology experience is required, with preference given to those with OCN certification and clinical trials experience.
