Key Responsibilities

The Psychologist IV designs and implements incentive-based behavioral management programs while providing therapy, psychological testing, and risk assessments for patients. They also supervise clinical staff and trainees while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment planning and service delivery.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Psychology and a current Massachusetts Psychologist license. At least three years of professional experience as a licensed psychologist, including one year of supervisory experience, is required.
