Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist is responsible for performing initial patient evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and providing superior outpatient rehabilitation services. They must also maintain accurate clinical documentation, supervise rehabilitation technicians, and collaborate closely with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be eligible for an Illinois state license. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are required.
