Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate residents to develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans to improve functional independence. Supervise physical therapy assistants and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compliant care.

Requirements

Must hold a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and maintain a valid license in the state of Washington. Proficiency in computer documentation systems and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving residents are required.
