QUALITY IMPROVEMENT Monitor compliance with therapeutic services policies, procedures, and documentation standards. Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and clinician effectiveness. Regularly communicate with clinicians to obtain and provide feedback regarding office operations, clinical concerns, and service delivery. Communicate relevant findings, recommendations, and concerns to the Director of Therapeutic Services and administrative leadership. Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives designed to enhance patient care and clinician satisfaction. PATIENT CARE Ensure clinical services are delivered in accordance with organizational standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable regulations. Provide consultation and guidance to clinicians regarding patient care, treatment planning, and case management. Support clinicians in managing complex cases and addressing barriers to treatment engagement. Maintain an active therapy caseload and provide direct clinical services. TRAINING AND EDUCTION Lead onboarding activities for newly hired clinicians, including orientation to clinical policies, procedures, and documentation expectations. Collaborate with the Director of Therapeutic Services to develop and facilitate professional development and training programs. Maintain and expand clinical resource materials, including treatment manuals, handouts, best-practice guides, and educational resources. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to clinicians. Foster a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence throughout the office. PERFORMANCE METRICS Monitor clinician performance related to documentation compliance, super
• vision participation, caseload management, and adherence to organizational standards. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance guidance to clinicians. Track and report office-level clinical quality indicators and areas requiring improvement. Contribute to initiatives designed to improve clinician retention, engagement, productivity, and overall quality of care.
