Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions (e. g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations, organizational policies, and insurance.

Requirements

• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide crisis intervention when necessary.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, case managers, and other behavioral health professionals to ensure continuity of services.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical, and professional guidelines in all client interactions and documentation.

• Participate in case consultations, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development as required.
