Physician - Trauma Surgery

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical care, evaluation, and management for trauma and acute general surgery patients in the emergency room and inpatient services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care according to ACS and state standards.

Requirements

Requires an MD/DO degree, completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency, and an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license. Board certification in General Surgery and ATLS certification are required, with fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care preferred.
