Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy through the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT).

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: The usual starting range is between $99,000 and $117,000, depending upon experience.

• Signing bonus: $10,000.

• PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).
