What We're Looking For

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited residency program
  • Louisiana dental license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A warm, patient, and team-oriented approach to care
  • Board certification or eligibility preferred

Why Join Us?

  • A practice built around kids. Pediatric dentistry is all we do. Our team understands the unique clinical and emotional needs of children and is committed to making every visit positive and stress-free. We offer a broad range of pediatric services, including preventive care, restorative treatment, sedation, and special needs dentistry.
  • A busy, established practice. You’ll step into an active practice with strong patient demand, so you can be busy right away rather than waiting to build a patient base. With six locations throughout North and Central Louisiana, you’ll be joining an established pediatric dental organization with an experienced team and a strong presence in the community.
  • A community with plenty to offer. Shreveport-Bossier offers a combination of city amenities and an affordable, relaxed Southern lifestyle. The region also gives you the ability to enjoy a comfortable pace of life while still having plenty to explore.
  • A team that cares about the patient experience. Our goal isn't simply to provide excellent dentistry — it's to create an environment where children feel safe, parents feel supported, and our team enjoys coming to work. We believe that a great pediatric dental experience can help children develop healthy habits and positive feelings about dentistry for life.

If you are a pediatric dentist who enjoys working with children, values quality care, and wants to join a welcoming and established practice, we'd love to hear from you! Apply now or reach out to Emily.Wolfbauer@beBright.com [Emily.Wolfbauer@beBright.com] to learn more.
