• Pay: $1,584 to $2,217.60 gross per week
• Assignment length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Document patient progress following regulatory and hospital standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance activities.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.2. Current state Physical Therapy license.3. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

4. Minimum 1 year of experience required.
