Key Responsibilities

• Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, emotional well-being, and relevant history.

• Identify and diagnose mental health disorders using appropriate assessment tools and diagnostic criteria.

• Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on the assessment and diagnosis.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic goals and establish a roadmap for therapy.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work preferred.

• Experience: Experience working in substance use is preferred but not required.

• Two years of experience in a private practice setting preferred.

• Licensure: Must be independently licensed and in good standing as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent.
