Key Responsibilities

Provide superior outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model with physicians to optimize patient performance and function. Responsibilities include performing initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and managing documentation and billing compliance.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Illinois. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess the physical ability to lift over 25 pounds.
